Contract and Refund Policy

This Service Activation and Payment Policy is entered into by the Client and Raibo Infotech, having its registered office at Santacruz west mumbai , herein referred to as “Company,” governing the terms of activation and usage of the Raibo AI Calling Device (“Device”).

1. Booking and Advance Payment

1.1

A minimum of 50% advance payment of the total service/device cost is mandatory at the time of booking.

1.2

No booking shall be confirmed without the receipt of such advance payment

2.Installation and Activation

2.1

Upon successful installation of the Device at the Client’s premises, the remaining balance payment must be completed immediately.

2.2

Service activation shall be withheld until full payment is received.

2.3

No refund shall be applicable once the Device is installed, irrespective of service usage

3. Non-Payment After Installation

3.1

In case the Client fails to make the due payment after installation, the Company reserves the right to notactivate the service.

3.2

Any delay beyond 2 days post-installation without full payment shall be deemed as a violation of the agreement, and the Company may repossess the Device without notice.

3.3

No compensation or refund shall be entertained in such cases.

4. Refund and Replacement Conditions

4.1

Refunds shall be applicable only in the event of physical damage, technical malfunction, or defects clearly outlined under the warranty or agreement, and only if such damage is not caused by the Client or third-party mishandling.

4.2

The Client is required to notify the Company in writing with evidence within 24 hours of noticing any such issue

5. Trial or Offer Price Terms

5.1 User Content:

If the Device is provided under a trial period, special offer, or discounted price for one month, the Clientis liable to make the full one-time payment in advance.

5.2 Prohibited Content:

Failure to do so shall result in the Company collecting the Device and withdrawing the services immediately, without further notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable laws in force.

6.2

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [ mumbai, India].

12. Refund Policy:

If any refund is approved, it will take 5–7 business days to be credited to the original payment method.
